I saw Wreck-It Ralph the second time yesterday and Vanellope is so annoyingly cute!
Just a makeup test, so I don't actually have her licorice hairtie, but I tried (✿◠‿◠)
The other candy parts on her hair are made of Sculpey clay and craft foam.

If you haven't seen the movie, I recommend it!

For this, I used two wigs. I used one short wig for base and the other for the ponytail. I used a claw clip to attach it. It's not legit and only looks good enough in photos

But I heard people have used Ardawigs' high ponytail wig Jeannie for Vanellope.

Since these were lightweight candy pieces made from foam and sculpey clay, I stuck it on using got2b hairglue. You can wash it right off the wig fibers

how did you make the wig work? I know its only a wip/test but I am having so much trouble with my wig right now..
I have my old rukia wig, which I plan to trim shorter, then add the extension. do you think that is a legit method? or should I try something else :C
